Payment Policy

Nurturing Naturals gladly accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. Your credit card will be billed when your order is placed. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders for online orders.

Sales tax of 8% is included.

Defective or damaged goods

If we have made a mistake or your item is damage contact us within 15 days to report the problem. Please have your invoice number and contasct us at nurturingnaturals4you@gmail.com. You may request either 1) a full refund upon returning the item OR 2) a replacement for the item.

Unwanted items

If you’ve changed your mind about the item you ordered, we’ll be glad to offer return privileges under these terms:

  1. Item must be returned to our store and arrive in an undamaged condition

  2. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

  3. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

  4. Return shipping is your expense.

  5. Only in-store credit or exchanges are given with copy of receipt

No items can be refunded after 15 days of receipt date.
